The new iPad dock in the iOS shows up to three recently closed apps on the right side. These apps have been separated from the other apps through a vertical line. But it is not a matter of worry as you can hide the recent apps easily.
Current Applications on the right side of the dock makes it really easier to switch between them. If you want to call up anyone, then you can quickly call it by swiping from the bottom of iPad’s screen. If you do not prefer to do so much of app switching or multitasking, then you can just hide recent apps on the dock. Doing this will leave more space for particular apps you want to add to dock instead. How to hide viewed Apps in iOS iPad Dock 1.Click Settings on Home screen to hide recently viewed apps on Dock. 2.Head over to Settings and click General. 3.You will get to Multitasking and Dock. 4.On Multitasking and Dock screen. 5.Click Show Suggested and Recent Apps slider button. 6.It will turn the feature off. 7.Slider button will turn white when it is off. 8.You will find that recent apps on the right side are removed. 9.Now the visible apps will be the one that has been added by you to dock. 10.Just drag an app icon to a specific position in the Dock to add it. If you are a multitasker and you switch between the apps frequently, then you should not make any changes to this feature. It is very much like the Command+Tab app switcher on Mac. Your productivity will get enhanced. If you share your iPad with other people, then it is entirely possible that you do not want them to know what you have been doing with your tab. Use the Recent Apps feature and minimize your workload. John Martin is a Microsoft Office expert and has been working in the technical industry since 2002.
